Dicky Birds Dundonald Road Day Nursery and Preschool in Wimbledon is a welcoming nursery opposite Dundonald Park. The bright, spacious ground-floor setting with a secure garden provides a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore, play, and learn.

Dicky Birds Wimbledon Nursery is a 5-minute walk from Wimbledon town and located opposite Dundonald Park, near a primary school for easy access as your child grows. Dicky Birds also operates nurseries in Raynes Park and Surbiton, offering the same warm, nurturing care.
What will you be doing- Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children
- Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children
- Ensure that all children attending the nursery receive rich and stimulating experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development
- Prepare and support children's activities
- In the absence of the Team/Room Leader maintain effective day-to-day management of the environment
- Contribute to ensuring that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Support and mentor students and un-qualified staff to ensure delivery of high-quality childcare practice
- Maternity and adoption leave paid at 100 percent for the first 12 weeks
