Protocol Education is delighted to be recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery in Southend-on-Sea. The RoleAs a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Support the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years.
- Create engaging and stimulating activities in line with the EYFS framework.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure children's safety, wellbeing, and development remain at the heart of everything you do.
- Contribute to a warm, inclusive, and nurturing nursery environment.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (essential).
- Previous nursery or childcare experience.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and caring approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
