Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Educator (Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified)

We are looking for warm, enthusiastic, and qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Educators to join our friendly team at our setting on Minniecroft Road in Burnham, Slough (SL1). In this role, you will help create a fun, secure, and stimulating environment where children can thrive, learn, and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering high-quality childcare and early education in line with the EYFS framework.

Planning and implementing creative, hands-on activities that spark curiosity and support early development.

Acting as a Key Person: monitoring individual child progress, tracking milestones, and updating learning journals.

Maintaining a safe, clean, and safeguarding-focused environment at all times.

Building strong, warm partnerships with parents and carers through regular, friendly communication.

Salary & Contract:

Pay: From National Minimum Wage up to £26,000 per annum (dependent on qualification level and experience).
