We're Hiring: Level 3 Childcare Teaching Assistants & Nursery Practitioners

Location: Solihull - B90 and surrounding areas

Setting: Private Nurseries

Hours: Full-time & Part-time available

Are you an experienced Level 3 qualified Childcare Practitioner or Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a high-quality nursery setting? We're recruiting passionate early years professionals to work across friendly, well-established private nurseries in the B90 area.

The Role

You'll support children aged 0-5 in their learning, development, and wellbeing, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment in line with the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting children's learning and development
• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and caring environment
• Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress
• Working closely with nursery staff, parents, and carers
• Following safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (essential)
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
• Good knowledge of the EYFS
• A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
