The Role

As a Qualified Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.

You will help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child is supported to learn, develop, and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, age appropriate learning activities in line with the EYFS framework.

Provide high quality care and support tailored to individual children's needs.

Create a safe, stimulating, and welcoming nursery environment.

Build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.

Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain excellent childcare standards.

Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times.

Confidently step into different settings and adapt quickly to new teams and routines.

Requirements

Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential). Minimum 6 months' recent UK experience in a nursery or early years setting.

Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.

A proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic approach.

Ability to get stuck in straight away and work independently when required.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

What We Offer

Competitive pay of £15-£16 per hour, paid weekly. £250 Joining Bonus for qualified staff (terms and conditions apply). Flexible shifts to suit your availability.
