Nursery Nurse Level 3 - Lunch Cover St Albans

Permanent contract, Part time salary £27,248, ProRota 20 hours per week over Monday to Friday -ALLYEARAROUND.

Hours consist of: Monday -11:00am 3:00pm; Tuesday -11:00am 3:00pm; Wednesday-11:00am 3:00pm; Thursday-11:00am 3:00pm; Friday-11:00am 3:00pm.

Our Nuffy Bear Day Nursery is seeking an Early Years Educator to be based at our nursery located in our Nuffield Health gym. As an Early Years Educator, you will be part of a team who offer full day care, sessional care plus a Pre School for children aged from 3months to 5years. Joining the team as an Early Years Educator, you'll provide care and education while promoting health, and helping children achieve the best possible start in life. We are Ofsted registered and follow the Early Years Foundation Stage. We offer a unique range of wellbeing focused care for children including swimming lessons for our over 3's.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care and education while promoting health and wellbeing.
• Help children achieve the best possible start in life.
• Support the nursery educators in implementing the EYFS curriculum.
• Ensure learning is linked to the child's development.
• Plan for age appropriate activities.
• Communicate with Parents/Carers and other external professionals.

Qualifications

• Qualified to at least level3 in childcare studies and have experience to NVQ Level3 or NNEB.
• Ideal early years educator: NVQ Level3 in childcare studies or equivalent, experience in a nursery setting.
• Preferred paediatric first aid qualifications.
• All candidates will require an enhanced DBS.
