• Provide strategic leadership for curriculum planning and implementation
• Oversee safeguarding, compliance, and financial management
• Lead, recruit and develop a dedicated teaching and support team, providing exceptional care and education
• Maintain strong relationships with parents, carers and stakeholders
• Work within a Jewish educational framework in our unique setting and help shape the future of innovative intergenerational practice.
