Shooting Stars Nurseries is seeking an ambitious, passionate and inspiring leader to take the helm at our beautifully refurbished Tettenhall Nursery & Preschool.

About the Role As Nursery Manager, you will provide both educational and operational leadership, ensuring children receive exceptional care and learning experiences in a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.
You will be responsible for- Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing Early Years team
- Maintaining outstanding standards in line with the EYFS Framework
- Creating a positive culture where children, families and colleagues thrive
- Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety, and compliance standards are upheld
- Building strong relationships with parents, carers and external professionals
- Managing occupancy, budgets and nursery performance
- Supporting recruitment, staff development, succession planning and retention
- Acting as an ambassador for the nursery within the local community
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualification Early Years experience
- At least 2 years' experience in a Nursery Manager, Deputy Nursery Manager, Third in Charge or similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for children and families
