Our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Fareham is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Manager to join our team for a maternity leave period. You will play a key role in caring for, supporting and inspiring our children, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive every day.

We are looking for someone to start approx. July time for smooth handover

Location and Travel

We are located on Gosport Road, near the beautiful Hoeford Lake in Fareham. The nursery is just off the main road, with multiple bus stops nearby for easy access.

What You Will Be Doing

• Supervising and supporting children at all times
• Preparing and supporting activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified practitioners
• Maintaining a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment
• Following company policies, safeguarding procedures, and operational practices
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Attending staff meetings, planning sessions, and training as required
