Job Details

The nursery is looking to take on a Nursery Lunchtime Assistant on a long term basis, working part time hours across Monday to Friday. The successful Nursery Lunchtime Assistant will be responsible for both light cleaning duties and supporting children aged 3 to 4 during lunchtime, ensuring active engagement rather than supervision only.

Key Responsibilities

• Support children aged 3 to 4 during lunchtime, ensuring active engagement.
• Assist with light cleaning duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience working within an early years setting.
• Knowledge of EYFS and supporting children through play.
• Food Hygiene certification.
• Paediatric First Aid training.
• Understanding of COSHH regulations.
• A positive, hands on and engaging approach.
