OurPippa's House Nursery,inEsher, is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our team. You will play a key role in caring for, supporting and inspiring our children, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive every day.
Hours: to work Mon Fri (11am 3pm) = 20 hours per week

Location and Travel
Our flourishing day nursery is set within the beautiful grounds of Sandown Park Racecourse, conveniently located for families in Esher, Cobham, Hinchley Wood and the surrounding Surrey area. Surrounded by open green space yet easily accessible, the location makes drop offs and pick ups simple for families.
What will you be doing
- Promotehigh standards of qualitywithin the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children
- Assumekey carerresponsibilities for designated children
- Ensure that all children attending the nursery receiverich and stimulating experiencesappropriate to their age and stage of development
- Prepare andsupportchildren's activities
- In the absence of the Team/Room Leader maintaineffective day to day managementof the environment
- Contribute to ensuring that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of theEarly Years Foundation Stage
- Support and mentor students and un qualified staff to ensure delivery ofhigh quality childcare practice
