La Saphir, multi-missions and multi-sites, is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud, welcoming and supporting vulnerable individuals in their physical and mental integrity throughout their processes. To complement our support teams, we are looking for our establishment in Yvonand, which accommodates 93 people, for the following profile: Nurse (F/H/D) in a permanent contract between 80% and 100% - EMS X. Regardless of their role, the professionals of Saphir share a common goal of supporting individuals daily to allow them to experience as at home. This means maintaining their habits as much as possible, offering a response tailored to their wishes, and through real interdisciplinary collaboration, ensuring the well-being and happiness of individuals. As a nurse, you provide preventive, therapeutic, and nursing care under the supervision of the support manager and the doctor. You engage in continuous reflective practice, allowing you to evaluate and analyze, among other things, the biopsychosocial and spiritual dimensions of individuals. You manage all medical emergencies and activate emergency procedures as needed. In addition, you participate in examinations for medical diagnosis. With your human-centered values, you establish a relationship of trust with individuals and their families, creating a safe and adapted environment for their journeys - YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS. Bachelor's degree in nursing or recognized equivalent. A solid experience in the field allows you to quickly assess a complex situation and guide interventions to avoid complications or falls. Non-pharmacological vision, and you enjoy sharing your approach within a team. Strong sense of responsibility and proven leadership. Dynamic, attentive, flexible, adaptable, and focused on the well-being of the individual. Mastery of spoken and written French as well as mastery of tools (Carefolio). Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system.
