Clarity Locums is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager for a 3-month full-time temporary management position within an Intellectual Disability Residential Unit in Navan, Co. Meath.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse with previous management experience and a strong understanding of HIQA regulations and standards applicable to residential disability services.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining high standards of person-centred care.

Please note: PIC registration will not be required for this position.

What We're Looking For:

• Current NMBI registration in good standing (Decision letters not accepted)
• Previous nursing management or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards relevant to disability services
• Previous experience in an intellectual disability or residential care setting is highly desirable
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage and support staff effectively
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Current NMBI registration
• Eligible to work in Ireland
• Previous management experience within a healthcare or residential care setting
• Knowledge of HIQA regulations and relevant legislation governing residential disability services
