Band 6 Staff Nurse post at Stephen Hospital, Dufftown

The opportunity for a Band 6 Staff Senior Nurse post has arisen within this busy and dynamic 16 bedded Community Hospital. The main focus of the unit is rehabilitation, but also G.P acute patients, palliative care and Day Cases. There are two vacancies available, one full time at 37 hours per week and other part time at 33 hours per week. We follow 11hr shift pattern on day/night rota with occasional short shifts according to the needs of the unit.

The post is a permanent contract.

A good knowledge base/management of the Community Hospital is essential and management/Leadership experience desirable with opportunity to develop your Leadership skills and to manage the team/ hospital in the absence of the SCN.
