This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and driven individual with a strong background in real estate, whether you have gained this experience as a paralegal or following the completion of your training contract. You will be joining a firm with a rich history and an excellent reputation in the real estate sector.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working within a real estate team, either as a paralegal or post-training contract
• Strong understanding of commercial property and residential conveyancing, including but not limited to landlord and tenant, leases, acquisitions, disposals, and development work
• Excellent client care and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision, demonstrating excellent organisational skills
• A proactive attitude and keen interest in continuing your development within the sector

You'll be working closely with Partners and other senior lawyers on high value and complex real estate matters, gaining exposure to a broad range of work while benefiting from a supportive and collaborative team environment.
