An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Corporate Solicitor to join the Legal 500-ranked Corporate team at this well-established and respected regional law firm.

This position is ideal for a solicitor who has recently qualified (or is due to qualify in the coming months) and has completed at least one seat in corporate law. The firm offers a structured training and development environment with exposure to a wide range of corporate transactions and a supportive team culture.

The Role:
Joining a busy and growing team advising SMEs, OMBs, and larger corporates across a wide range of sectors
Working on M&A, shareholder agreements, restructures, and general corporate governance
Managing your own files under supervision, with support and mentoring from experienced colleagues
Involvement in larger transactions as part of a wider deal team
Early client contact and active participation in business development

About You:
NQ or qualifying in 2025, with at least one seat in corporate law
Strong academic background and excellent communication skills
Genuine enthusiasm for corporate work and a commercial mindset
Team player with a proactive attitude and a desire to grow within a supportive firm
