We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an NQ Solicitor to join their high-performing Plot Sales Team based in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for an NQ Solicitor who is eager to build a long-term career in property law. The department is busy, well-structured, and works with a diverse portfolio of clients including major developers and national housebuilders.

• Manage a caseload of plot sales matters from instruction to completion
• Liaise with a range of clients, ensuring exceptional service at all times
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider property team
• Maintain accurate and timely file management
• Support senior team members where required and actively contribute to team success

Essential:

• An NQ Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx Lawyer
• Passionate about property law and eager to progress
• Ambitious, motivated, and hungry to develop your skills
• Client-focused with strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Dedicated, enthusiastic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
