Residential Licensed Conveyancer / Chartered Legal Executive / NQ Solicitor role in London.

My client is seeking a Conveyancer to work directly under the Head of Real Estate in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. You must be either a Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive, or NQ Solicitor, and be able to manage property transactions from start to finish, including freehold, leasehold, new build, grant of lease, lease extensions, remortgages, transfer of equity, and shared ownership, with minimal supervision.
