We are hiring aNorwegian speaking Client Service Associateto join a market leading European financial investment company.

As a Norwegian speaking Client Service Associate, you'll work daily with existing clients in Norway to enhance the quality of service they receive. You'll gather feedback on their recent experiences, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with sales colleagues and other key departments to continuously improve client services. Your daily tasks will include:

• Communicating directly with major banks and financial institutions to assist with administrative and operational processes
• Gaining exposure to business operations across various European markets
• Producing reports on the current situation of prospective clients
• Serving as a direct contact or subject matter expert in multiple areas as you take on more responsibility
• Reporting to the Client Service Team Leader, who will guide your on-the-job training and professional development

• Native or bilingual fluency inNorwegian and English
• University degree(or equivalent) - ideally inFinance, Economics, Business Studies, or a related field
• Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal
• Strongteamworkand collaboration abilities
• Consistent attention todetail and quality
• Ability towork to deadlinesand manage multiple priorities effectively

• Base salary:£35,000 per annum
• Discretionary performance bonus:up to £8,000
• Annual leave:28 days (plus option to purchase up to 3 additional days)
