Job Description

Are you a multilingual Customer Success Director based in Northern Europe? We're seeking an experienced English- and French-speaking Customer Success Director to lead and grow our key client relationships across Northern Europe.


In this role, you will:


Plan and deliver the Customer Success Strategy for each of your clients.

Advise clients on the implementation and best practice use of TrackBack products.

Attend and participate in multi-agency and strategic meetings.

Review and analyse trends to produce monthly client reports.


You should have:


Proven experience in the management and development of client relationships, including preparing and delivering presentations.

Strong interpersonal skills relating to individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.

Ability to work under pressure, use initiative, prioritise, and work to tight deadlines.

Verbal and written fluency in English and French (essential).

Verbal and written fluency in German (desirable).
