Northampton Sous Chef - Creative Kitchen Lead

Thomas Franks is seeking a creative and efficient Sous Chef to join our Northampton team. This is a full-time 40-hour week, operating seven days with 5 over 7 shifts. Salary is £31,200 per year, with onsite staff shop discounts and free parking.

The location has a strong brand and offers excellent development opportunities within a leading contract caterer. You will handle daily food preparation, ensure menu standards, uphold hygiene and safety, and assist the Head Chef with stock and service.
