What You Will Do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and create personalised care plans.
• Prescribe appropriate medications in accordance with best practice and clinical guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality, integrated care.
• Monitor and review clients' progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and counselling to clients and their families about substance misuse and treatment options.
