Non-Executive Director

About the Role
We are partnering with CSG to appoint a Non-Executive Director who can contribute to the strategic direction, oversight and values of this diverse commercial group.

The role includes shaping strategy, contributing to assurance and governance, and offering perspective across a business that operates at national scale. You will be part of a Board that values openness, clarity and shared purpose, supporting the executive while upholding accountability.

As CSG continues to expand its offer, strengthen its operational grip and deliver for its public sector customers, your contribution will help it balance innovation, resilience and public impact. Knowledge of sectors such as energy, procurement or public service delivery would be an advantage in supporting the work of the Group.

About You
You are likely to have held senior roles in a complex, customer-focused or public service environment. You may bring commercial, consultancy or cross-sector experience, with insight into leadership, strategy, partnerships or risk.

We are looking for someone who thinks systemically, listens well and contributes with purpose. You may be new to non-executive roles or bring existing Board experience. Either way, your judgement and motivation will shape your contribution.
