Nightshift Store Operations Lead

Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Cannock is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager for nightshift to lead overnight replenishment, organise the warehouse, and coordinate deliveries to ensure shelves are ready for the morning peak. You will manage a team through nightshift hours, maintain safety and wellbeing, drive KPI performance, and mentor colleagues to deliver great customer service.

The role offers a permanent contract with a 4-night, 22:00-08:00 pattern and a £4,500 premium on top of base
