Night Team leader

Contract: Temporary Hours: Night Shift Pay:£16.46 per hour

We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Night Team Leader to support our courier operation in Aylesham. You'll oversee night-shift staff, maintain workflow efficiency, and ensure parcels are processed accurately and safely.

• Team Leadership - Lead and support operatives to meet shift targets.

• Workflow Oversight - Manage parcel intake, scanning, routing, and loading.

• Health & Safety - Ensure compliance with all safety procedures.

• Quality Standards - Maintain accuracy and parcel integrity.

• Shift Reporting - Complete handovers and escalate operational issues.

• Background in warehouse, logistics, or courier operations

• Proven team leader or supervisory experience

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-critical environment

• Comfortable with manual handling and basic IT systems
