Night Support Specialist: Safe, Compassionate Care

Discovery is recruiting a Waking Night Support Worker to help create a safe, calm, and comforting environment for residents from 10pm to 7am. You will carry out keeping safe checks, maintain a clean space, and record essential information in our IT systems to support high-quality care.

You will provide personal care when needed and help residents enjoy their late evenings in a respectful, compassionate manner while working 1-4 nights per week with an uplift for overtime.
