Night-Shift Store Leader: Customer Team Lead

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage a small store team on night shifts (10pm-6am) in Brecon. The role is part-time (30 hours weekly) with regular overtime and permanent contract terms, offering a 30% colleague discount and extensive training.

You will supervise daily operations, support merchandising, stock accuracy, and contribute to community engagement and Co-op membership growth. We welcome applicants aged 18+ to enable age-related sales.
