Night-Shift Customer Service Agent - Remote/Birmingham

Life Services Group in Birmingham is seeking a Customer Service Agent for night shifts, working 4 on, 4 off from 22:00 to 08:30. This fixed-term contract runs for 12 months with a base salary of £24,078.60 per year plus a night shift supplement of £5,177.52 per year, paid monthly.

You'll answer calls from families, provide empathetic support and ensure accurate records while handling multi-channel enquiries. Training is provided to help you grow in the role.
