About the Role

As a Night Porter at Cairn Group, you'll ensure our guests receive the same warm, professional welcome at night as they would during the day-creating a safe, secure, and memorable stay.

• Oversee the security of the hotel and its guests overnight, carrying out regular checks and responding to any late night requests or issues with calm and care.
• Support night service delivery, including preparing service areas for the next day, delivering room service from the night menu, and completing basic cleaning duties as required.
• Manage administrative tasks such as processing payments, reconciling cash/card transactions, and ensuring a clear handover to the morning team.

• Experienced - You've worked in a night or reception role before, ideally within a hotel, and are familiar with Opera PMS.
