Warehouse Operative (Night Shift)
Location: High Wycombe
Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour

Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday 6pm-3am

Contract: Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for a experienced Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing operations based in High Wycombe.

This is a physically demanding role that involves regular heavy lifting, so applicants must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and handling large products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
  
  
• Moving and storing heavy goods in the warehouse.
  
  
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
  
  
• Assisting with stock checks and inventory management.
  
  
• Preparing products for dispatch.
  
  
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
  
  
• Working as part of a team to meet daily operational targets.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience
  
  
• Ability to perform regular heavy lifting throughout the shift
  
  
• Good level of physical fitness.
  
  
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
  
  
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  
  
• Forklift licence(desirable)
  
  
• Attention to detail and commitment to health and safety procedures.
