Night Operations Manager - Social Care Homelessness

Depaul is seeking a Night Deputy Manager for Carlow on a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2027. The role oversees night-time service delivery, staff supervision, and health and safety across multiple sites.

You will work with the Project Group Manager to coordinate night operations, induct and develop staff, and ensure high-quality care for clients with complex needs. The position requires a calm, decisive leader committed to Depaul's values.
