As the Night Manager you will manage and lead the night team to keep everything running while the store remains open 24 hours. Your responsibilities include ensuring the best availability and highest shop floor standards across all departments, maintaining safety and compliance, and delivering a superior customer experience.

What qualities you'll need:

• Drive strategy into action: Planning and executing all trading activity on the shop floor during the night shift, ensuring date rotation, waste and returns management, and effective replenishment of stock.
• Lead with impact: Coaching night colleagues and team leaders to deliver excellent shop floor standards and a culture of high quality service.
• Execution focused: Ensuring the shop floor is landed, presentable, and ready for the transition to the day team, including promotion, foyer, and hot spot preparation.
• Talent Development: Listening with empathy, driving resilience, encouraging ownership and passion, and creating an environment where team members feel valued and motivated.

What you'll bring:

• Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment, ideally overnight.
• Ability to make decisions independently with a hands on attitude and a drive to improve processes and people.
• Confidence in developing teams and managing change.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Flexibility to work a range of night shifts, including weekends.
