Night Front Desk & Guest Care Specialist

Leonardo Hotel London Watford is seeking a friendly Night Porter to support the Front Office team and help deliver memorable guest experiences across our busy hotel.

You will help ensure the safety of guests and property, carry out nightly duties, prepare ambient breakfast displays, and assist with in-room service orders as required. The role involves interaction with guests during check-in and check-out and collaboration with other departments to maintain high service standards.
