Night Concierge & Security Specialist

Brightstar Hospitality Management is seeking an overnight guest service professional to provide warm, professional service during the night shift. You will support late check-ins and early check-outs, assist guests with requests, and liaise with day staff to ensure seamless transitions.

Responsibilities include security patrols, maintaining lobby cleanliness, recording incidents, and following safety protocols to protect guests and property.
