Night Concierge & Guest Services Specialist

Mercure Haydock is looking for a dependable Night Porter to ensure the hotel remains secure and welcoming overnight. Responsibilities include managing late check-ins, assisting guests, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to work independently at night, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Previous hospitality experience is preferred. Flexibility for overnight shifts, including weekends, is required.
