NHS Warehouse Frontline Manager - Lead Fast-Paced Ops

GXO is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager for the NHS contract at the Normanton site. You will lead and develop a frontline team, oversee daily warehouse activities, ensure safety, quality and service standards, and drive performance on a two-week rotating shift.

The role is full-time and permanent, with a 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 rotate schedule. Salary £30,722.52 plus 13% shift allowance, 25 days' annual leave, pension, private medical and other benefits.
