• Conduct comprehensive neuro physiotherapy assessments and craft tailored rehabilitation programs to meet individual patient needs.
• Implement effective rehab strategies that align with patient goals and adapt plans for optimal recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to enhance patient treatment plans and share insights on best practices in neuro physiotherapy.
• Deliver top-quality care within the community, visiting patients at home as needed to ensure continuity of care and support.
• Offer expert guidance and advice to patients and their families, empowering them on their rehabilitation journey and fostering independence.

• Hold a Degree or equivalent qualification in Physiotherapy.
• Possess recent experience in specialised neuro physiotherapy within the UK.
• Be registered with the HCPC as a physiotherapist to work in the UK.
• Having NHS experience would be an advantage.
• Community experience is desired, adding value to your role as you work within diverse environments and patient homes.
