In this role, you will take center stage as a customer facing expert, working hand in hand with clients to navigate the realm of F5 NGINX technology. You'll guide them in applying innovative solutions to overcome challenges and achieve their business goals. • Act as a technical mentor for customers, both onsite and remotely, guiding them through the implementation, configuration, and upkeep of NGINX core products-whether working solo or as part of a team.
• Take the lead on projects focusing on system architecture, solution design, deployment, testing, identifying issues, troubleshooting, and thorough documentation.
• Stay current with F5 products and technologies through both self driven learning and formal training opportunities.
• Join a dynamic technical team and collaborate closely with other departments, including Support, Product Sales, and Professional Services Sales.
