Are you a newly qualified teacher (ECT) looking to start your teaching career in a supportive and welcoming primary school? The RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic, committed and passionate ECTs who are eager to make a positive difference to children's learning and development. Whether you are looking for your first permanent teaching position or would like to gain experience across different schools, we can help you find the right opportunity.
You will be responsible for:- Planning and delivering engaging, creative and inclusive lessons.
- Creating a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Supporting the academic, social and emotional development of pupils.
- Assessing and monitoring pupil progress.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers.
- Contributing to the wider life of the school.
The successful candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be completing their ECT year.
- Have a genuine passion for working with children in a primary school setting.
- Be enthusiastic, reliable and committed to delivering high-quality teaching.
- Have strong communication and organisational skills.
- Be willing to learn and develop professionally.
- Be able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
- Flexible supply work to build experience and confidence
- Opportunities for long-term roles and potential permanent placements
- Exposure to a variety of school environments across Bedfordshire
- Ongoing support and guidance from a dedicated consultant
Teaching Tomorrow is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
