Role Overview

This leading national law firm seeks a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to actively develop the commercial litigation department. The caseload includes shareholder disputes, contentious probate, building disputes, professional negligence disputes, and partnership disputes.

The successful candidate will work directly alongside the partner, with opportunities for career progression. They should have a genuine passion for Commercial Litigation, some experience in all aspects of commercial litigation, and ideally have worked within a leading national or regional law firm.

The role involves handling a mixed caseload, advising UK and international clients, and engaging in activities such as disclosure, case management, witness statement drafting, attending trials, and participating in settlement negotiations, arbitration, and mediation.
