Job Description
New Store Projects Intern

The New Store Projects EMEA Intern will support the end to end delivery of new store openings and renovations across the EMEA region. Working closely with the New Store Projects team and a broad range of internal stakeholders, the role will play a key part in ensuring information is accurate, processes are followed, and projects continue to move forward on schedule.

This is a highly hands on, operational role suitable for a candidate who is organised, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once. The intern will gain exposure to the full store development lifecycle, from early planning and documentation through to opening, while supporting critical coordination, reporting, and administrative processes that underpin successful project delivery.

The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to confidently chase inputs, manage data, and support senior stakeholders in a fast paced environment. It's an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build experience in retail operations, project coordination, and cross functional working within an international organisation.

Key Responsibilities Master Document Maintenance and Updates
  • Assist in maintaining and adding critical information to key master documents used by multiple stakeholders across departments.
  • Ensure documents are accurate, up to date, and reflect the latest changes, minimizing errors.
  • Follow up with the Construction team and maintain current folders so that all teams have access to the latest floorplans/CAD plans.
Meeting Organisation, Notes and Stakeholder Follow ups
  • Support by taking meeting notes during key meetings and ensuring timely follow up with stakeholders.
  • Monitor deadlines and mitigate risks to schedules, enabling more efficient project execution.
Order Forms and Setup Completion Management
  • Distribute and track order forms and setup completions, balancing workload and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  • Assist with contract documentation, fill existing templates, gather supplementary documents from vendors, and monitor signatory process.
Legacy Process Management
  • Manage the LSR process by overseeing submissions, organising information flow, and ensuring necessary data is captured accurately.
  • Chase stakeholders for next steps, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and keeping the project moving forward.
  • Raise and receive POs required by the team.
Forecasting
  • Support monthly input for OPEX trackers to assist the team in accurately completing the forecasting process and managing discrepancies.
Skills Required
