We're excited to be bringing the spirit of Barcelona to Mere Green and arelooking for a hardworking, reliable, and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team.

As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by maintaining cleanliness, supporting food preparation, and helping us deliver an exceptional experience for our guests.

• Maintain the pot wash area and ensure the kitchen remains clean, organised, and efficient.
• Washand store crockery, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Support daily and deep cleaning schedules in line with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen service when required.
• Receive and store deliveries in accordance with food safety procedures.
• Help maintain a 5-star food hygiene standard by following all legal compliance requirements.
• Assist in training and supporting new Kitchen Porters.
• Report maintenance issues and equipment concerns to senior kitchen management.
• Ensure bin stores, storage areas, and staff areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
