New Graduate Opportunity - LV Designer Traineeship (Start: September 2025)

We're looking for a motivated LV Designer to join a 8-month traineeship program starting 1st September 2025. This is your chance to grow in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, working on impactful energy projects that shape the future.

What You'll Do

Study Phase

• Create and adapt LV installation plans using AutoCAD
• Collaborate with project leaders to find design solutions
• Perform quality checks and attend in-factory acceptance tests

Construction Phase

• Support on-site teams with LV issues
• Troubleshoot and provide technical solutions directly on-site

Traineeship Breakdown

8 months of immersive training:

• 2 months: Secondary Systems Training
• 1.5 months: On-site Technical Training (MAC)
• 1 month: Design Tasks (including New Year period)
• 2.5 months: On-site Technical Training (MAC)
• 1 month: Operational Tasks

Weekly check-ins with a Designer Coordinator

Ongoing coaching from a Senior Designer or Tester

What You Bring

• Degree in Electricity, Electromechanics, Automation, or similar
• Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Team player with clear communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical environment
• Valid driver's license (nice to have)
