The Firm

The firm's dispute resolution team are one of the most respected in the country and handle a full range of litigation matters, often large-scale, complex disputes. Typically these include; contract claims, professional negligence, regulatory breaches, fraud and asset tracing, shareholder claims and derivative actions, and increasingly contentious construction disputes.

The role will involve dealing with a range of disputes for the firm's clients. The caseload is of very high quality, dealing with large, complex contentious matters.

The Candidate

• NQ-2PQE Disputes Solicitor with strong academic background
• Commercially aware
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
