New Business Manager (12 months Maternity Cover)

Candidates will need the following skills and experience:

• A minimum of three years of comparable experience in a business development role.
• A proven track record of successfully pursuing opportunities and winning bids.
• A keen interest in design, architecture, and business, alongside a relevant qualification.
• Demonstrated ability to craft engaging written and graphic content for bids.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A driven mindset with confidence in pursuing new opportunities.
• Excellent planning and organisational capabilities.
• Team collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Fluent in English
