We do this with the belief that event attendance provides a range of physical and mental benefits and that participation in cultural events should be open to all.

With our member base growing we are keen to continue to provide more amazing experiences for them to explore. We are looking to hire a New Business Lead to work within our 'Tickets In' team, leading the way on establishing new relationships and partnerships within the events industry, across festivals, comedy nights, theatre and attractions.

The New Business Lead is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and market research. This role also involves maintaining a pipeline of prospects, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless client onboarding to maximise long-term partnerships.

This role will report directly to our Senior Ticketing Manager, and alongside our team of dedicated Client Account Executives. Collaboration between other departments, such as customer service, ticketing operations and marketing, is also key.

This is an incredible opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven sales professional who not only excels at securing new business but is also passionate about using their skills to make a real difference. We're looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and driving growth-while staying true to the values of accessibility, inclusion, and social impact. If you want to be part of a company that is transforming lives through live events, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Stay updated on industry developments and leverage insights to enhance business acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and community partnership teams to utilise internal knowledge of our existing and growing memberbases to develop event partnerships in key areas across the UK, to have a joined up approach to growth.

Collaboration & Internal Coordination

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer service and ticketing operations teams to streamline the business development process.
  • Utilise existing organisational and client management systems to track sales activities, client interactions, and business performance metrics.
  • Act as the point of contact during annual leave and sickness of other team members, including occasional deputising for the Senior Ticketing Manager.

Event & Networking Engagement

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to establish partnerships.
  • Build a strong professional network to drive referrals and business opportunities.
  • Present at meetings, pitches, and company-sponsored events to showcase business offerings.

  • Establish and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive engagement and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate and nurture client handovers with the Client Account Executives to ensure a seamless transition and identify potential growth opportunities together.

Operational Support & Administration

  • Lead any administration required to assist with new business leads and deals, including providing the ticketing operations team with accurate and detailed information to ensure our members have a full understanding of the partner's event.

  • Contribute to regular reports on business development progress, sales forecasts, and key performance metrics.
What We're Looking For:
  • Someone proactive & target-driven, who is self-motivated with a strong drive to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • A strong communicator. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients, pitch ideas, and build relationships.

  • An eagerness to learn, develop, and contribute to the success of the company's business development efforts.
  • A willingness and ability to travel when required on an ad-hoc basis to events and meetings.
  • A passion for live events, accessibility, and community-building-you should be as excited about our mission as we are!
