New Business Director

Location: City of London

Salary: £100K- £130K per Year

Contract: Permanent

Type: Full Time

Will be office based in London + travelling around meetings

Need to come from a strong construction background

The position is to work with a large Property Developer, who have recently expanded their business to have a focus on furniture, fitting & equipment. They currently own & operate 4 student blocks with circa 1000 beds and have a pipeline of 10 further student accommodation sites.

They are looking for someone who can find the work & be proactive, with right mentality. There may also be occasional travel to china to build / maintain relationships. They have all the infrastructure and pre-existing set up and relationships, so need someone who can build on top of this.

They are looking for someone who wants to be apart of the business growth and help them to expand on this new division they have with the wider business.
