Job DescriptionLocation: Cardiff - with remote working available. Contract: Permanent. Hours: Full time, 35 hours 9am - 5pm. Start Date: ASAP.
Are you motivated by turning first conversations into lasting client relationships and contributing to a firm's continued growth? At Redkite Solicitors, we're looking for New Business Advisers to join the team and help manage new enquiries.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the firm's new business function by managing a high volume of incoming enquiries from prospective clients. As the first point of contact, you will engage with new enquiries, gather key information, and ensure each client is guided efficiently to the most appropriate team.

Candidates should be aware that their first day of employment may be based at an alternative Redkite office for group onboarding. A willingness to travel and spend the day away from your usual place of work is therefore required.

- Confident, articulate telephone style - communicates with warmth to ensure clients feel supported from the first interaction
