Job Description New Business Account Executive - Public Sector NL Public Sector Platform Transformation (Dutch Speaking) About The Role ServiceNow is entering a new phase in public sector transformation. Agentic AI - autonomous, intelligent agents operating across systems and departments - is becoming the catalyst for truly integrated, citizen first government. To accelerate this shift, we are looking for a New Business Account Executive who can help Dutch public sector organisations realise their single platform ambitions. In this role, you will secure net new logos across Government, Education and Healthcare by positioning ServiceNow as the trusted platform for data integration, automation and responsible AI. You will engage senior stakeholders around outcomes that matter: joined up services for citizens, empowered public servants, and transparent, well governed use of AI. You are not selling point solutions. You are leading conversations about how agentic AI can safely connect siloed systems, orchestrate end to end workflows and turn long standing digital transformation goals into operational reality. What You Will Do 
- Win new public sector customers by developing and executing a focused territory and new logo strategy aligned to ServiceNow's public sector go to market.
- Lead value based conversations with executives, CIOs, CDOs and policy stakeholders on platform consolidation, data integration, governance and ethical AI.
- Develop and articulate a compelling point of view (POV) for each prospect on the future of public service delivery - combining agentic AI, digital workflows and enterprise service management to address siloed systems, rising citizen expectations and governance requirements.
- Position agentic AI as an enabler of efficiency, productivity and workforce empowerment - not a replacement for human decision making.
- Build strong account plans using market intelligence, public information, reference cases and partner insights.
- Collaborate across the ecosystem with solution consultants, partners and marketing to shape demand and run targeted campaigns.
- Advance and close complex sales cycles, clearly articulating long term ROI and citizen outcomes.
- Transition newly won customers smoothly to the Account Management team to support long term growth.

- Proven success in new logo enterprise sales within SaaS, IT services or management consulting, preferably in the public sector.
- Experience selling platform based solutions across IT Service Management, Customer Service, HR, Security or Operations.
- Strong ability to engage at macro level business and government challenges, linking technology to societal outcomes.
- Experience with or strong curiosity about AI driven transformation, including automation, analytics and responsible AI use.
- Excellent territory planning, pipeline management and forecast discipline.
- Resilience, creativity and perseverance to open new doors in complex environments.
- Strong collaboration skills to lead virtual teams and build trust with customers and partners.

- Travel up to 50% (depending on geography/region)
- Dutch and English fluency.
- 5+ years of quota carrying experience in complex, solution based sales.
- Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
- Experience selling multi product SaaS platforms across multiple lines of business.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, outcome driven culture.
