Consultant Neurologist - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Consultant Neurologist to join a leading healthcare group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a rare opportunity to work with a forward-thinking, multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering world-class neurological care.

The hiring team will be conducting in-person interviews on 21st May 2025 in Madrid.

Candidates who are able to attend in person will be given priority in the selection process.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage patients with a wide range of neurological disorders.
• Perform and interpret neurodiagnostic procedures including EEG, EMG, and nerve conduction studies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, patient-focused care.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior doctors and residents.
• Participate in medical audits, research, and continuing education activities.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and adhere to hospital protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognised institution.
• Board certification in Neurology (e.g., CCT (UK), American Board, Canadian Board, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years' post-board certification experience in a consultant-level role.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex neurological conditions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and patient care skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic an asset but not required).

Preferred:

• Subspecialty training (e.g. epilepsy, stroke, neurophysiology, MS).
• Previous experience in a tertiary hospital or internationally accredited institution.
• Experience in teaching or supervision of junior medical staff.
